FAQ

  • Answer: Standard delivery is within 4 days (96 hours) from when we receive the catalog. Daily status updates are provided.

    4-Day Workflow:

    • Day 1 – Review: Catalog is checked for issues (e.g., missing profiles, presets, smart previews, corrupt or incomplete files, unclear instructions).

      • If issues are fixed the same day, delivery stays within 96 hours.

      • If fixed the next day, ETA extends by 24 hours.

    • Day 2 – Post-Processing

    • Day 3 – Quality Check

    • Day 4 – Delivery

  • i) Feedback must be submitted within 24 hours for quick resolution. Issues can be raised up to 10 days with valid feedback. After that, redos won’t be accepted.

    ii) Redos assigned post-delivery will be completed in 36–60 hours, depending on the required changes.

    iii) If still unsatisfied, clients can request a double redo with valid feedback. In this case, 50% of the catalog cost will be deducted, and the redo will be delivered in 24–48 hours.

    If the client is still not satisfied, the order will be cancelled and a refund or equivalent benefits will be issued. The client will be advised to handle the work in-house.​

  • The process stays the same, but the turnaround time extends to 7–14 days due to the volume.

    • Editing begins on Day 2, after review.

    • Post-processing takes 4 days, followed by a 3-day Quality Check.

    • Final delivery will be between Day 7 and Day 14, depending on complexity.

    Example (for a catalog of 100 images):

     

    • 72 hours: 100 images + 25% = 125 images charged/consumed

    • 48 hours: 100 images + 50% = 150 images charged/consumed

    • 24 hours: 100 images + 100% = 200 images charged/consumed
